Spring 2025
Dates: February 18 - April 29, Tuesdays, 6:00pm-9:00pm
Location: In-person at The Urban League
Meals: Food + Drink provided

The Spring 2025 cohort of the Equitable Development Initiative will help new developers learn how to build small housing projects, typically between 1 to 4 units.
Participants will need to raise at least 5% of the money needed for their projects, with support from resources like the County Revolving Loan Fund and impact investments. The focus will be on developing City-owned or Land Bank properties, using pre-approved building plans.
Those who complete the program will enjoy lower loan rates, access to mentors, and help in securing additional funding. Attendance is required, with only one allowed absence.
